Fighting For A Food Forest

Recently, I took the opportunity to visit Martin Crawford, founder of the Agroforestry Research Trust. This 30 year project recently nearly had the rug pulled from under its feet as landlord, the Dartington Estate, gave them notice to leave. Thankfully, this project has been saved by the rallying cry of all those that petitioned and wrote in to defend it. Although the decision has been reversed, it is still potentially in jeopardy in three years time when its lease expires.
